Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services of Swift Demolition of Ft Lauderdale ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Swift Demolition of Ft Lauderdale provides residential demolition, commercial demolition, land clearing, and junk removal services in Pembroke Pines, FL and throughout Broward County. All services are subject to a written estimate and signed contract prior to commencement of work.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project (e.g., hazardous materials, hidden structures, or site access issues). Any price changes will be communicated and approved by the client before additional work proceeds.

3. Permits & Compliance

Where required, Swift Demolition of Ft Lauderdale will obtain necessary demolition permits from Broward County or applicable municipalities on behalf of the client. Permit fees are included in or itemized within the project estimate. The client is responsible for ensuring clear and legal access to the property and for disclosing any known hazardous materials, underground utilities, or restrictions prior to project commencement.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate property information and legal access to the worksite
• Disclose any known hazardous materials (asbestos, lead, etc.) prior to commencement
• Ensure all utilities (gas, electric, water) are disconnected or capped as required before work begins
• Remove personal property from the demolition area unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Notify us of any HOA, easement, or neighbor agreements that may affect the project

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the individual project contract. Generally, a deposit is required prior to scheduling, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit up to 25% of the deposit to cover scheduling and mobilization costs. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Swift Demolition of Ft Lauderdale carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability for damages arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage to underground utilities not disclosed prior to work, or consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

8. Hazardous Materials

Unless specifically included in the written project scope, our services do not include the abatement, handling, or disposal of hazardous materials such as asbestos, lead paint, mold, or contaminated soil. Detection and remediation of hazardous materials must be performed by licensed specialists prior to our work commencing.

9. Website Use

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
